Caroline Hellwig is an actress, filmmaker and author. She studied film at the HFBK Hamburg under Angela Schanelec and Ute Janssen. Her first publication, ‘kratzen’ (scratching), was released in 2023. She wrote the screenplay for her debut film, *Lila*, as part of the 37th Munich Screenwriting Workshop 2025/26, which won the Tankred-Dorst-Prize. As an author and filmmaker, she is represented by players. As an actress, she is represented by lido.agency. She lives in Berlin.
